Who WE ARE

At Cypress Doula, I believe that pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period are transformative, spiritual experiences that require holistic care. My doula services are designed to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to pregnant individuals, new parents, and their families. My goal is to help each client achieve their desired birth experience, while feeling empowered, supported, and respected throughout their journey.

Every family is unique, so I offer a variety of birth services personalized for each birthing experience. Regardless of what you choose, we will dive into your beliefs and expectations around labor and birth.   • I became a doula in 2007 ; As a professional Doula, I’ve received training from certified organizations, and maintain my skills and knowledge through continued education and research. I have continued to stay up to date with relevant information to ensure I’m providing you with the best care possible.

    I am a member of the  National Black Doulas Association NBDA, and former member of Capital City Doulas.
